In Nigeria, national efforts to promote agricultural exports are constrained by challenges related to pest surveillance, pest reporting, seed certification and traceability. This PPG will be used to facilitate consultations and elaborate a project proposal, which would seek to develop a digital system to address such challenges. The system would be designed to strengthen compliance with international standards and support the work of key public entities responsible for phytosanitary controls in the country.
