Strengthening food safety control capacities in Cabo Verde
This PPG aims to apply the FAO/WHO Food Control System Assessment Tool to measure performance and strengthen Cape Verde's food control system, which is currently operating without harmonized food safety regulations and limited food safety risk analysis.
Part of the PPG resources will be dedicated to developing a concept note for a project addressing Cape Verde's main SPS challenges in food safety and market access.
