Le STDF conçoit la question du genre comme un thème transversal et vise à généraliser et/ou intégrer la dimension genre et l'analyse fondée sur le genre dans l'ensemble de son programme mondial et de ses axes de travail, y compris sa plate-forme mondiale, ses travaux et projets liés à la connaissance, ses projets et ses PPG.
