Delilah Cabb

Delilah Cabb is the Coordinator of the SPS Enquiry Point in Belize. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Agriculture and a Master of Science Degree in Tropical Animal Science and Production; both from the University of the West Indies. She was formerly the Director of Quarantine & Inspection Services, in Belize and was one of the four Technical Directors who helped in establishing the Belize Agricultural Health Authority (BAHA). She has been involved in several biosafety projects and a recent decision was made to designate her as the Point of contact for unintentional transboundary movements and emergency measures for Belize under the Convention of Biological Diversity.
