Roshan joined the STDF in 2013 and has since supported over 20 developing countries mainly in Africa and Asia to develop and roll out results-focused projects on food safety, animal and plant health. She manages STDF's framework on the use of economic evidence to inform SPS related decision making ("P-IMA"). In this role, Roshan has worked closely with the public and private sectors in East and West Africa and Asia to use data and dialogue to prioritize SPS related needs and investments. Roshan holds a Master's degree in International Trade and Economics from the University of Barcelona (IELPO). She also holds a dual bachelor's degree in Law and Social Sciences from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Previously, she has worked in corporate and banking law.
