Experiences and Lessons on the Use of Remote Practices in Food Safety

In 2022, the STDF partnered with UNIDO to conduct a global survey to help improve the understanding of the use of remote audits in the food industry and in the delivery of official food controls. The survey was distributed to SPS and Codex focal points as well as food industry representatives. This report describes the experiences and lessons derived from this comprehensive survey of over 200 respondents.
